Myotherapy / Remedial Massage : Manual soft-tissue techniques and dry needling, where clinically appropriate, to help reduce muscular tension, pain and restricted movement.
LED/Laser also known as Photobiomodulation or Cold Laser Therapy to increase speed and quality of tissue repair and reduce associated pain and inflammation.
Pneumatic Pump Therapy which is used to drain excess fluid associated with swelling and inflammation from injury, surgery, DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) or other issues that may cause excess fluid to accumulate
This is a unique service that will amplify the outcomes you would normally receive within a Myotherapy session. This session addresses; Musculoskeletal issues, rapid healing, inflammation and pain reduction as part of 60/90/120 min session.
